About Me
I am an alumnus of the University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science and Engineering in nuclear engineering in 1996. I then received my MD at the University of Iowa and also completed my anesthesia specialty training there as well. I returned to Michigan in the summer of 2004 where I joined with Anesthesia Medical Consultants, PC in Grand Rapids.
I moved to Michigan with my family when I was 5 and after one year in East Lansing, we settled in Williamston. I lived there throughout my childhood and became an avid Spartans fan. I attended Okemos High School and then promptly betrayed Michigan State by attending the U of M.
I am married with three children, Kathryn (6), Andrew (4), and Peter (2). My wife, Marcy, is a pediatrician and also practices in Grand Rapids. We enjoy spending time together as a family camping, watching minor league (Whitecaps) baseball, and boating.
